What data comes with each record?

Every record includes comprehensive property and owner data: owner names, mailing address, property details (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, lot size), equity and valuation data, mortgage and loan details, tax information, liens, sales history, and legal/geographic data. Optional skip tracing adds up to 5 phone numbers, emails, DNC status, litigator alerts, and carrier data.

Can I get my lists delivered with skip tracing already applied?

Yes. When you place an order, you can choose to have skip tracing applied before delivery. Your list arrives ready to dial with verified phone numbers, emails, and compliance screening already attached. This is available on both pay-as-you-go and subscription plans.

What format are lists delivered in?

All lists are delivered as clean CSV or XLSX files, ready to import into your CRM, dialer, or marketing platform.

How fast do I receive my list?

Most orders are processed and delivered in a few hours depending on list size and complexity. Pro Plan subscribers get priority processing. We guarantee a 1 business day turnaround at the latest.
