A Note About Facebook
Facebook personal profiles get significantly more organic reach than business pages. That's why we recommend clients set up a professional persona profile: a second personal profile using a business email, built around their professional identity. This gives us the ability to post natively for maximum reach, while keeping your actual personal account private. We'll walk you through the setup on your strategy call.
For clients who prefer business page posting, we offer automated publishing through our managed posting add-on. Engagement automation (comment responses) is available for business accounts only.

Common Questions
What does the Brand Foundation Package include?
Your brand voice document, content strategy, style guides, platform setup, and first batch production. It is a complete creative playbook for your brand that you own forever, even if you cancel after month one. It is required for all new clients so we can produce content that actually sounds like you.
How much raw footage do I need to provide?
That depends on your plan. Starter clients typically record 1 to 2 hours of footage per cycle. Standard clients record 2 to 3 hours per cycle. We provide guidance on what to record, talking points, and a simple framework so you are never guessing what to say. If you add the Faceless Content or AI Avatar options, you do not need to record at all.
What platforms do you post to?
Every plan includes 3 video platforms: YouTube (always included), plus your choice of Instagram or Facebook and LinkedIn or X. You can add more platforms for $10 per week each. Graphics-required platforms like Pinterest, Google Business, Bluesky, Reddit, and Telegram require a Graphics Plan add-on.
What is the difference between Starter and Standard?
Starter delivers 16 short-form videos and 2 long-form videos per cycle, roughly 4 shorts per week plus biweekly long-form. Standard delivers 28 short-form and 4 long-form per cycle, which is daily short-form content plus weekly long-form. Standard is the minimum for serious growth because daily presence keeps you in the algorithm consistently.
Do you write the scripts or do I?
You can do either. Many clients record raw footage talking about their expertise and we handle all the editing, formatting, and optimization. If you want scripts written for you, add the Scripting add-on ($15/week) and we write video scripts based on your brand voice and content strategy.
What if I do not want to be on camera?
We have two options. The Faceless Content add-on ($100/week) produces videos entirely from scripts using AI voiceover, stock footage, branded visuals, and motion graphics. The AI Avatar Content add-on ($25/week) uses your AI clone to create on-brand video content. Both options require zero camera time from you.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Plans are billed every 4 weeks at the Regular rate. Quarterly billing (every 13 weeks) saves 10% and annual billing (every 52 weeks) saves 20%. Cancellation requires a 4-week notice. The Brand Foundation Package ($1,500) is a one-time payment required at the start.
Can I change my plan or add-ons later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust add-ons at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need to scale up mid-cycle, we can accommodate that too.
